Poorly made for punching

Updated Rating Only used 6-7 times and the punch broke. The photo shows how badly the metal is damaged. Poorly made products are waste and useless.

Difficult to use. best in stamping

Excellent quality. Really difficult to use. I had so many belts that needed fixing and strengthening that I thought this would be great. The depth is not suitable for a standard size belt. The tool is really hard to hold and squeeze. But the bushings are great. As a result, I received a different item, more handmade.

That's probably not what you want

This didn't do what it was supposed to do and I had to add an extra step to make it work. It doesn't penetrate the fabric. The big colored tabs barely fit what they're supposed to do, you have to flip them then adjust to fit and it's not easy to use. Pretty bad.

I was about to use it immediately when it arrived and it broke.

I pulled out the package as soon as it arrived. I was so excited to get the tool that can do it all. Holes and gambets, once we've done everything in the fabric, a piece is torn. The little pen holding it flew away. When we looked at the metal where it was broken we could see that it was of poor quality. I would say if you want to buy something of value don't waste your money on it. Buy a gambet tool and then buy another hole punch for your material. The only good thing is that the gambet part…

Tears every stitch and doesn't come through cleanly

Looked like a great bargain - came with lots of stitches at a good price. But the hole punch has a piece of metal screwed to the blade; looks like what caused the hole didn't do a clean job. Because of this, the blade cannot be pushed all the way in, so the punch leaves the inner circle attached to the inside of the hole like a small valve. You then have to tear it apart, which usually ends up with a torn, messy edge. And then when I put the grommets/grommets back in place, the spines on each…

Some problems. Had to come back twice.

In some of my photos you can see the second pliers. They are not a rearranged set. This is a different set from a different seller, showing a slightly smaller size. I just wanted to show you how different some issues were between the working and the non-working. The handles are too wide.
