Better than expected, though it is true that modern battery operated electric clocks have improved hugely over the last years. Mainly because the drive mechanism keeps the hands in smooth motion rather than the old start-stop-restart pulse that lets momentum go to zero and restarting from zero is very energy costly. (Just look at your highway vs city mileage on your car. Highway: no stop-start. City: lots'a stop-start unless it is your habit to never stop when the signals say to do so. But then

Pros
  • The clock is an excellent value for the price
Cons
  • The clock's design is too plain and doesn't add any interest to a room

Some damage on the frame of the clock

It’s a great product but the frame of the clock is damaged and you can see 4 dents on it and it looks bad so I want you to replace it thanks

Pros
  • The clock is very affordable
Cons
  • The clock's alarm feature doesn't sound for long enough to be effective

Good clock but overpriced!

I purchased this clock for my bedroom and I love that the hands only illuminate (not the numbers) and that the brightness level can be adjusted. So far it seems to be keeping accurate time and maintaining it's battery life. Overall I like the clock, but feel it's overpriced given the build quality - it's made of thin plastic and very lightweight / flimsy feeling which makes me wonder about longevity. It seems like it should be in the $17 - $20 price range tops. I'll keep mine, I just hope it…

Pros
  • The clock runs on one AA battery, making it easy to replace
Cons
  • The clock's mounting hardware is difficult to install

Elegant! for my opinion

Great and elegant looking if I say so myself. Perfect! Night-time lighted-dial is awesome. (and why I purchased it) Good old-fashioned analog too. You will be happy with this clock.Edited a few days later. The "hour" hand was a little out of sync - easily fixable by lifting the clips and manually moving the hour hand.Even a few days later, I noticed the/my DirecTV remote (volume control directly in front of it) makes this unit's leds react. What's up with that? (Am I missing something?) Still…

Pros
  • The clock's dimmer option allows you to adjust the brightness according to your preference
Cons
  • The clock's nightlight feature emits a humming noise that can be annoying
