I needed a pair of wall-mounted discreet speakers to extend the stage vertically to the front height channels. And not to hang from the ceiling. and so that they are at the level of the upper edge of the TV screen. I have a stele there with dark panels and these speakers fit perfectly. I bought 4 of these very thin speakers for my stereo. They sound very loud and very good. Very easy to mount on any flat surface. I attached mine to the sides of the subwoofer and in front of the floorstanding speakers with velcro. They are very light and versatile. They are not cheap but worth the price. Very satisfied.

I don't know how they did it but these are amazing little speakers! They appear to be much larger than they really are. For a small price premium, you get the sound of a small bookshelf speaker in a cabinet that's only 1.5 inches thick. While they won't reproduce room-rumble bass, they will surprise (and frankly amaze) with what they can do. Ideal for satellites. You'll probably need a 120Hz or lower subwoofer if using it as a mains.

35mm Slim. These things sound GREAT and can be very loud. They don't have much bass so make sure you use them with a subwoofer. Easy to install, comes with hex wrenches and bookshelf stands, as well as wall brackets and wall bracket rails. The angle on the stands isn't great, but with the height-to-base ratio it would go down if you tilted it up more than the 10 degrees you can do.

I've been buying kef rigs piece by piece over the years. I started with a 301c center channel and added front 301s last year. I have an Onkyo receiver and a Kef Q-Series speaker on the front, so these Kef T101s were a welcome addition to a revamped basement/man cave. Although they are only used for surround sound, I turned off the front speakers and added some power to these T101s and they really came alive!
