Kenmore 5023/5033 Canister Vacuum Cleaner Dust Bags - EnviroCare Premium Replacement, Pack of 12 Bags Review

So far so good! We have 3 cats and a chow and I could probably vacuum every few hours if they shed! This vacuum canister has been running for over 40 years and still works great and these allergy bags are perfect and do the job perfectly!

Just when we thought our great old still powerful vacuum should go (because we couldn't find bags for it) we stumbled upon this one and they bought it! You can't beat the price even if you do bags can be found elsewhere. Thank you EnviroCare! Thank you Rewin!

I accidentally ordered the wrong bags but they are easy to customize so I kept them. This is a great deal and the manufacturer makes great bags so you can't go wrong. They are durable and work great in the sweeper I use in my basement. I removed some of the gross stuff like pebbles and nails and the bag still holds up as tight as it should.

I originally gave these bags one star because they didn't fit my Sears Kenmore model 116 vacuum. It says this vacuum is designed for a 5023 bag, but it actually uses a 5055 bag! So the bag is not to blame for the fit. Still, flimsy paper tears easily and cheap cardboard strips tend to bend and/or separate when you insert the vacuum hose.

Can't get over the vacuum cleaner bags for old Kenmore canisters, but it has to be mentioned that where the bag is glued to the cardboard it tends to come loose easily. I usually just dab some contact cement on all of them as soon as I open the plastic bag (I bought a bundle) so I tape them together to avoid hassle. As for the actual packaging material, it's pretty good and pretty effective. I use my old Kenmore garbage can I found in the trash in the 80's for drywall sanding, wood sanding…
