I really like this ink as it has great color! The bottle also seals nicely when not in use. Their is a light scent of cranberry that becomes more obvious once you have written a full paragraph or page. The scent is not overwhelming. I will definitely purchased more of this brand of ink. I have not tested it for water resistance.

What I like about it is that it’s a nice bright red and it flows nicely. I used it in a piston-fill fountain pen and it did quite well. What I don’t like. where’s the scent? The cranberry didn’t smell like anything except an occasional vague acidic whiff. I mean which yeah cranberries are sharp, tart, and sour. But this didn’t have to be. Not gonna lie.I bought this purely for the smell. And it lives up to its title.a lovely cedar wood smell when writing but not overbearing at all.Be warned however, this ink feathers like mad. My page looked like it had a systemic infection after a minute of writing with this ink. Just spider-veins everywhere.
