Use the back panel or it will sag

Works as advertised, easy assembly and lots of extra parts. I've installed it directly onto 1/2 inch thick drywall with snap-on screws and it's unsatisfactory as it sags and feels a bit unstable. I'll take it off and install the back panel and then see if that makes for a more solid construction.

Easy to install and heavy

I'm working on renovating our HOA network and trying to save money. I usually use a $400 swing arm mount, but this stand was perfect. smaller clients with a smaller budget, that's my product now.

So far, so good. - TV & Video

Could use better screws/method of attaching directly to studs (personally I would only use the supplied hardware on concrete and you obviously can't attach it to drywall.) The block itself is good processed, easy to assemble and makes a quite robust impression. I stacked a large desktop server on top and installed a couple of 48-port switches in the chassis itself. I am happy with the results.

Very strong stand at a great price

I bought this stand to tidy up my communications closet. It was very easy to assemble and hang on the wall. The studs I mounted the rack on didn't line up with the rack's mounting holes (that's not the rack's fault, the racks use non-standard spacing for some reason) so I just mounted two 2x4s to the wall and then the rack set up into a 2x4. I placed a 16 pound UPS on the bottom shelf and was initially concerned that the rack would not support the weight, but it stood for several months with no

Works GREAT at a GREAT price!

I cut and varnished a piece of old scrap wood I had at home and attached it to the wall first. Once the tree was securely anchored, I installed the post. I feel like it made my installation process very easy. I hooked up my house to Cat6 and with this rack I have more than enough space for a patch panel, 2 rack mount cable guides, a 16 port poe switch, a firewall, a 2U shelf to store my modem, a serge protector rack and a rack UPS. I've only had it for a few weeks but I love it! I will say that

ROCK! the best in tv and video

I bought a 6U rack and am very impressed with this unit. The corners are fastened with 4 screws each, offset in height and running either in front of or on the side of the device. This made for an incredibly strong structure that had very little flexibility. I didn't use wall screws, instead replacing a couple of 1/4" x 2-1/2" lag screws directly into the wall studs after pre-drilling the holes. This wall-mounted rack is absolutely motionless. I looked up the actual weight capacity and couldn't

Missing Parts & Work In Progress

Based on the product image, this shelf requires 16 studs and locknuts. I only have 8. Worse, at the front left corner of the shelf where the top panel connects to the left mesh mechanism mounting bracket, there are no screw holes in the top panel! Am I missing something or did Kenuco forget this production step and how didn't it get caught? I guess I'll have to drill those four holes myself and find my own nuts and bolts to attach them. Crap.Edit 11/25/2018: After getting 8 more nuts/bolts and…

Very durable, worked great.

When it first came out I found it a little disappointing. Despite the photo, one forgets that these are just a few pieces of metal. The instructions weren't very good, they don't show the correct hardware or how to use the supplied mounting screws. None of this mattered as I installed with rivets instead of the anchors provided and the item itself was very easy to assemble. I give 5 stars because it does exactly what it says on the tin. It's also very durable, and despite my first impressions…

The product is of good quality but missing a pair of keys

All parts are well packaged, wrapped in plastic, matched to each other, packed in a box nested in another box. Somehow this scratched one of the side rails pretty badly. Since I hide this in the back of the equipment room and no one but me can see it doesn't really matter, but it would be nice if the new product arrived in good condition. The second problem was that there was no hardware to actually assemble the rack. There are lots of cage nuts, lots of studs, even some very heavy wall…
