I do a keratin treatment every 6 months so I've been using this shampoo and conditioner for years but when I received this product the shampoo was already open and definitely didn't smell the same . But since I had spent my money, I started using it. I notice that my keratin is completely removed in just a month and a half. It's scary selling a fake. I spend over 300 for a keratin treatment and now it sucks! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I love this product. My hair color lasted a few weeks longer than before and I've been coloring my hair for years now. It also rinses off very easily and leaves no residue. Highly recommended.

The product is excellent, no complaints. And the delivery was on time. But the packaging is terrible! Two bottles were packed in a plastic bag that was too small and then placed in a cardboard box with very little protection. As a result, the pump on the shampoo bottle was completely full of dried product and was not working. It took patience and some convincing to get it working. Disappointing.
