My 6 year old is tall and slim so it is difficult for him to find suitable clothes. But the tight fit of these leggings is perfect for 5T. Therefore, I would recommend assessing whether your child is of average build.

These pants are damn good. They are long enough for my daughter which is really great! The quality is pretty decent. They are super thick or soft, but not skinny or flimsy either. The skirt is very cute and gives them an extra charm that keeps them in the weekly rotation.

Very comfortable, super cute and true to size. They shrink a little after a few washes, but not enough to make a big difference. The skirt/tutu part is a bit short when used with solid color bottoms so I would have liked another layer of ruffles on the skirt. Otherwise; This is a great purchase and my girls wear them to school until someone says something.
