Bought 2 of these because after 20 years of use the original electronic fobs were only performing average. I don't think they come close to the quality of the original keychains! I had a real problem programming both, I even called the company several times. Eventually both began to work. Maybe try programming them together for a key turn, rather than separately like I did. You may have better programming experience.

I bought several of these and they work great, very easy to program. I think my last one lasted about 2 years before I had to replace it. The trunk button doesn't work on my Ford Escape, but I don't mind. Google how to set it up for your specific make and model as there are no instructions. But it's very easy to figure out how to install it yourself. Make sure you have all the remotes you want to program and any old ones in the car when programming it.

I was so excited to buy a new key fob for my car as my old one got separated from my keychain. I ordered blue. after a few days it comes, i rush to program it, after 25 minutes i give up. I had to reprogram my old key fob and it worked using the same instructions. I understand the new keychain just broke. I have ordered a replacement key fob. it will arrive in about 2 days. I go outside and try to program it. Nothing. I have to go to the parts store and buy now.

First, I like red. It's very easy to tell which set of keys came from a car since we have about eight cars. Also, we're tired of hitting the panic button when the keys are in our pockets. This remote seems to have a stronger button that requires a bit more force to press. Nothing hard to press, but hard enough that we don't get jerky button presses when the remote is in our pocket. You can really feel the button click. Works perfectly! Very easy to program. Simply turn the key from off to on…
