Exact replacement for my original key case. Quick and easy transfer of the key fob schematic to a new case. So glad to receive it. "I dropped my old one and broke it."

I threw it away because it was cheap. I wanted it to be the key to my truck, not innards. My old remote housing broke and the key seat said $100 for one.

They are very similar to the original but I have had no luck programming them following the instructions. I'll take them to the dealer and see if they make it.

Cannot program. This is just a button replacement for your car remote, nothing else inside. I was able to give it to someone who could use it and it worked just by replacing the worn knobs. Be careful reading the description. Many of us misunderstand what it really is.

Replaced a cracked and crumbling key fob for my mom's 2004 Buick LeSabre. Swapping the board from the old console to this one was easy and I was glad it worked the first time. But two weeks later, she discovered that the trunk button worked when the keys were in her purse. She went outside to find the car's trunk had been opened several times (once in the rain). I try to find cover for him to minimize this effect. So this works too well.

Update: I've had this FOB for about 8 weeks now. The letters on each button are heavily worn. I expect the letters will be gone by Christmas 2021. The buttons work great. Knowing what the lock and unlock buttons are, it doesn't matter to me. Just note that if you carry this key ring in your pocket like most men do, the letters will rub off. Probably less in your pocket. My wife's original key fob is in her purse and 20 years later the letters are still visible. But it is an original GM key fob.
