Very good service and great customer care

The most important is that they offer free support, also all their services are very well priced (at least compared with others). If you use other companies like HP or Cisco - it's not easy for them if there will be any problems in future when using those products/services from us because we have full liability over our systems! I think this would make sense only where security issues can occur without having access control rights etc., but normally these kinds things should work just fine…

Good alternative program when using KeyPro wasn’t possible

I like that it's easy for small business to use since it has a lot of features, plus it gives you access to the same information that larger companies have. It's not difficult to learn once you get the hang of it. You learn very quickly with this software. I dislike there doesn't seem to be much training available online for new users. It seems that they want to keep the learning curve high so that you need to pay them to train you. This software is great if you are looking for a system that…

Very good software tool, especially designed

The support team at Keypro are amazing. They are always willing to help and guide you through any issue. The product is easy to use and has a lot of useful features. The only thing I dislike is that it is not as easy to customize than some other products. I would recommend Keypro to any company that needs to manage their network documentation.   • What i like best about key pro software, besides how great everything looks when completed, there's its ease of use! Its also nice because many companies have already used this program before me so they were able provide answers quickly without having an information gap with questions/answers provided by others who had experience using them previously
