If you are mechanically inclined this mount is a perfect fit. It's a rare pleasure when something gets done right and everything goes as it should. Don't be sloppy, the landing is close, but it's possible. The screws can be a little long, but I certainly won't complain about that. He's hard on my toy.

I wish there was a place in the kit to install the winch pulleys. I was planning to buy a plate for them from the harbor charter for $5, but they were out of stock in my area all summer. So I had to buy one for $20. It's a pity that this mount only took into account that castors are also needed. Otherwise this product works very well on standard Pioneer 500 models. If you have an aftermarket front bumper you can be assured that it will still work.

This winch mount worked great on my Pioneer 500 along with the KFI fairlead mount. It was an easy install and no drilling was required. The cross reference from the winch manufacturer KFI is also correct. I use it with a Warn Axon 4500. I got stuck in the mud to the point where my winch showed a high load indicator when pulled out. This mount has held strong! A++ By the way, if you choose a Warn Axon for your UTV, they are REALLY good! (Yes, I know I have to wash my Pioneer. 😆)
