Great customer service

This trampoline was easy to assemble and took me less than 2 hours to setup by myself. The boxes are heavy, so you will probably need help moving them.When I initially received the trampoline, I did have an issue with the netting poles, but I was able to reenforce them by adding some steel rebar inside the tubes.The customer service department reached out to me after leaving my initial review and based on our discussions I feel like they have taken the feedback seriously and will be improving…

Not the quality I thought I was getting for the price and reviews

This is my second 15' trampoline that I have had in the last 5 years. The first one had a 275 LBS weight limit and I wanted a sturdier one this time around for safety reasons. So I purchased the ORCC mainely because of the high weight limit and the great reviews I saw on Best Buy. I also liked the fact that it came with a cover, ladder, and wind anchors. Very happy with the 15ft trampoline

This trampoline (15ft) arrived promptly and was easy to assemble. I assembled it with my 8 year old, 7 year old, and 4 year old in an afternoon. It is very sturdy and the net on the inside of the springs is about as safe as you can get.The trampoline keeps my kids outside and exercising. This was something I purchased to keep them busy during the pandemic. Sturdy Fun! for my opinion

The best feature of this is the customer service! They communicated with me about delivery, checked to make sure all parts were in good order, and answered questions immediately and in a friendly manner.Assembly was easy with the video. Disappointed at the end

Disappointed! First of all I am a 57 yr old gma of two boys. I bought this for their christmas gift. I actually put it together my self well I had a some help help but just a little because you need at least 2 people it's faster and easier. It took maybe 4 hrs at most . Excellent construction

Just assembled our 15ft.2 guys about 3 hours. It has very easy step by step instructions that we followed most of the time. We did have to rotate the 2 hole leg pole extensions so they are in every other upright position to hold the safety net poles.We have very strong gusty winds periodically and ive seen 2 trampolines lifted on top of nearby fences. A great solution to lower/remove the saftey net/poles would be 12/6 attached quick disconnects instead of wing nuts/washers to be able to…
