Great customer service
This trampoline was easy to assemble and took me less than 2 hours to setup by myself.
The boxes are heavy, so you will probably need help moving them.When I initially received the trampoline, I did have an issue with the netting poles, but I was able to reenforce them by adding some steel rebar inside the tubes.The customer service department reached out to me after leaving my initial review and based on our discussions I feel like they have taken the feedback seriously and will be improving the product so it should not be an issue in the future.I am giving them a 5* rating for their great customer service and responsiveness to customer concerns.
