Good for relieving the pain a bit but the adhesive is not good it comes off quickly and good luck using it to sleep as it will already remove in the morning I used it on the leg but I wasn't very happy with the results of sticking the tape

Tape works great I use it to help with lymphedema in my arm. some kind of perfume/air freshener/incense. I'm allergic and it's causing havoc. I even left an open box in the garage for 2 days before needing the tape again and it still smells funny.

Used this last month of my pregnancy and husband helped with pressure relief. Unfortunately I also had a bad rash and now I have scars in several places. The edges started peeling after about a day and the itching got worse and worse. So my bliss only lasted 2 days. It was also a bit difficult to remove even after soaking in the bath for 15 minutes and it made my rash worse.

I bought this because people recommended it to relieve the pressure on pregnant stomachs. It wasn't very comfortable and itched a little. Sometimes the tape didn't stick very well, and once glued, it's not recommended to fix it. Like a patch, it's difficult to maintain adhesion when you're playing with it. It wasn't serious though, and I've never bought a tummy tuck before. So if it works for you, it's a much cheaper temporary option.

I tried another tape and not only was disappointed that the tape didn't stick, but almost immediately started peeling (it rolled off skin, jeans straight after applying the tape) but the glue burned my skin. My patient uses it 3 times a week on both knees and it really helps his stability so I decide to have some at home to touch up or if I need to apply it myself.
