Review on 🏋️ Kinesio Taping Elastic Therapeutic Athletic Tape Tex Classic Blue - 2 in. x 13 ft: Durable Support for Athletic Performance and Recovery by Brent Mosley

I bought these for one reason, my blisters on my toe. I play soccer and have always had issues with everything from blistering to cherry red looking blisters bleeding internally during intense soccer sessions. They were designed for muscle support and kinetic movement but have tried ALL possible avenues from sock ventilation, cotton moisture and more, nylon/polyester percentages, standard athletic white cotton socks, double sock that all failed because the football market socks are an overall failure. in quality and even realized that the insole support called Superfeet that helped me caused serious undetected blisters under my toes due to the ridiculous sandpaper material on the green models. I had to cut my original liner and pair it with my Superfeet to get a soft toe pad without losing mid arch support. But it's absolutely a lifesaver, after trying twice with petroleum jelly, foot powder and some duct tape they all failed, the duct tape slipped out and caused a big sweaty toe disaster with a sticky mess. What helped me with this is that the stickiness on them is amazing. Especially if you wrap them and overlap the tape by about half an inch on its own cotton material, it will trump stickiness like never before, instant hold. Since they are stretchy I would stretch them about 50% for a tight wrap so they stay in place which adds a liability guarantee. The release paper has about 2x2 cutouts for reference, cut out 2x4 pieces and then cut them in half, lengthwise for the toe sizes I think are ideal. I never tried them as intended, nor would I want to because it would indicate my injury and not something everyone would like. I would post some pics for cut sizes.
