Neon Kinetic Sand Gift Set Review

This material is ideal for children because it is very easy to care for. While you can get these 4.5 ounce containers for $1.99 at Walmart, I was a bit disappointed when I heard about them after purchasing them.

We bought these as extra sand for the set we bought and like the sand that came with the set we love it. It's uncluttered but the shapes are so good. The containers it comes in make the cutest little castles. I even used them with sand on the beach in Hawaii. daughter 4 years old.

My kids loved playing with this sand when we first took it out of the box. However, we could quickly tell it was cheaply made as the sand dried almost instantly. Right now it's too heavy and difficult to use, and one of the sand holders broke very easily, so we had to put the sand in a more airtight container. I would recommend paying a little more for a better version of this product from another company.

Don't waste your money on this. Each container is so tiny it looks like a sample! You can see in my photo the size is only about 3 inches tall compared to my house key. Please save your money and go to Walmart or Target and get your kids in real sizes for this price. What a rip off! I had no idea from her photos how tiny these little things would be. I am so disappointed. Now I've spent $30 on it and need to buy more because it's not even enough for my son to play with.

I bought this as a set through Revain from Heavenly Gifts. The name of the item was neon colors, the description - purple, blue, pink and green. The label on the package when I received it said the same thing. I have PURPLE, PINK, GREEN and BROWN. I didn't want brown. I wouldn't buy it if I thought I was going to tan. Since it was a Valentine's Day gift and I don't have time to return it, exchange it, or get another gift, one of the kids just needs to get a boring old brown that we already have
