Quality construction and finish at a very reasonable price

Arrived on time. The build quality is VERY high. Great price, works on Windows right out of the box. Reformatted and tested Ubuntu 16, Ubuntu 18, Mint 18.3, Mint 19 Beta; everything worked great. The finish is clean. Includes internal drive cables for adding an optional internal drive. Really couldn't be happier. There was a problem and Brett fixed it INSTANTLY!

No support for finished product on website

Product initially works as advertised. There doesn't seem to be any information on where to download Win 7/10 drivers and BIOS updates. There doesn't seem to be a proper driver download page on the Kingdel website. Minus 1 star for after-sales support. It has been determined that the device may be unstable. The randomly corrupted boot screen shows Braswell with a large stripe of junk confetti at the bottom of the screen (heater?), likely related to BIOS issues. Unfortunately you cannot updateโ€ฆ

The heavy aluminum chassis and heatsink system keep the machine at a very reasonable temperature, making it easier to work in the protective DirtBag.

Flawless boot with Win10Pro. The heavy aluminum chassis and heatsink system keeps the machine at a very reasonable temperature, allowing it to easily operate in harsh industrial environments inside the protective DirtBag without overheating or needing to be cleaned due to the fanless design. Very satisfied so far!

EXACTLY as advertised! good design /. Modular. Would I buy again

First of all. the device is EXACTLY as advertised. If you don't like what you got, read the description. It's more updatable and modular than I expected. The processor is a bit slow, but that is the manufacturer's choice and there are many reviews of the chipset used. Again, what you see in the listing is what you get. I've found that removing the power saving mode (switching to performance) in the BIOS makes the system run a bit faster. All in all it is of excellent quality, well built andโ€ฆ
