These jars are sturdy and just the right size for the snack mix I gave as Christmas gifts. The problem is that it took a lot of effort to open the terminal covers. Hopefully they'll be easier to open with use.

I've been looking for little tea tins with this lid. In winter I drink a lot of hot tea and a good selection. These work perfectly. The cans are well made and won't break if you bang them together like others do.,

These tins are well made, seal well and the packaging is secure. MY fault was not realizing how big these glasses were. I'll manage. I wanted them to make pickled onions and similar foods that require an airtight container. No doubt they will serve a purpose

I have the smaller ones for the herbs, but I needed the larger ones for some supplies. I would not recommend washing in the dishwasher because of the metal clips. I don't know if they rust but why risk it. Hand wash them and let them dry and they're ready to go. They are a great price for size and quality.

Great tins for many uses! I bought them specifically for loose tea (chamomile and lavender). I like that it closes tightly when closed. It has some weight so I know the glass is good quality and not flimsy. Recommended for every use in the household. I wanted to store and give away homemade bath salts with different flavors. They are perfect for that. They come with black labels, so you'll need a light-colored marker to use them. Be careful, the clasp is very tight and you may injure yourself while using it. Keep your fingers away from the locking mechanism. If you give them away, you can put a warning sticker on them. All in all very good bottles.

These tins were very strong and matched the description. I bought a few packs of these and most were very good. There were one or two that were so tight when locked that the latch could not be opened without a tool to pry it off the glass. I couldn't even touch it with my fingernail. You only need a knife or something small to lift it, but it's a little annoying when you have to reach in a lot. Apart from these two hard ones, these were stone jars of excellent quality.
