Highly Disappointed with the Quality

The bathroom accessory I bought from this brand in Home and Kitchen category was a total waste of my money. According to my experience, it was cheaply made and had an inadequate finish. The only positive is that it didn't cost much, but that's expected for something that is subpar. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who values the appearance of their bathroom.

Wouldn't buy again for $2

This coat hook is junk. The instructions are better than useless - for example, they tell you to drill a hole for the bracket's screws, but don't tell you the right size drill bit. The mounting bracket has a top and bottom, but again there is no mention of which is which. The flanges on the mounting bracket have very little flexibility so the set screw on the hook does not touch and secure the hook to the bracket. Incorrect mounting plate

The mounting plate supplied with the product (rectangular with top flange longer than bottom) was different than shown in the installation guide (also rectangular with flanges on all four sides). Since the bottom flange was much shorter, the set screw did NOT "lock" it. When I rotated the mounting plate 180 degrees, the set screw now "hooked" the flange, the upper shorter flange did not "hook" the inside of the top of the coat hook and the hook just fell off.
