Leaks and Frustration!

This faucet was a huge disappointment! When I tried this product, it constantly leaked and caused major frustration in my home and kitchen. The style and design were nice, but that's about it. Don't waste your money on this poorly made bathroom accessory.

Pros
  • Nice style and design
Cons
  • Constant leaking and frustration

The lock nut broke off immediately see photo

This is a good solid brass drain perfect for sinks without an overflow but the sealing nut on the sink plug broke instantly and broke just by wiping with the Finger. I didn't want to bother with returning it, so I found a matching sealing nut "of a different brand".

Pros
  • Drain with lever lift rod and overflow
Cons
  • I won't say anything

They are rare and hard to find, meaning no overflow.

Comes with 2 rubber seals, which is unusual. Several plumbers at the plumbing store scratched their heads about the "double O-ring seal". And this Company states 2 such figures must be assembled under the drain, and these instructions contradict each other. A two-ring gasket on top of each other, a large rubber gasket, makes no sense. Or if it is to be placed under the flange the "top" of the drain pipe, that makes no sense either. Use a gasket with a double ring. You are instructed to use…

Pros
  • Fits sinks with a 1-3/8" drain.
Cons
  • Repair
