This is a perfectly legal device. It costs a lot more than the cheap Chinese faucets which I reckon need replacing every 5 years but it's a lot more than a faucet for the money. Kingston Brass usually sells for almost double what we paid here. Although the outer part of the atomizer handle is made of plastic. But I think if it was solid brass it would be too hot to hold during use.
