The perfect purchase for me, exactly what I was looking for!

I originally intended to get four Samsung 4 GB modules because they are highly regarded and excellent for overclocking, however there are only three CH-BH-DH variants available. Then I happened to recall this memory. After comparing the advantages and disadvantages, I decided against selecting up to four dies with the same marking for greater overclocking because I didn't want to put the store's staff under undue stress. Additionally, two 8 GB dies use less power than four 4 by 4 dies, which…

Pros
  • There is, in theory, a method for overclocking with a huge volume of up to 8GB, 1600 MHz, a standard voltage of 1.5v, and a low cost of 1190 per bar.
Cons
  • High timings of 11-11-11 and 29 are the idea.

Perfect product for any user!

Low. Doesn't interfere with the cooler. Got pros: Two such dies have been working fine on the p67s-c43 motherboard with the xeon e3-1280 processor for a long time. Lowered timings 9.9.9.24. Small overclocking on the bus 3.5%. Has some cons No matter how hard I tried, it did not start in 1866, but no one promised this.

The average product, you can find a better one.

I found information on the Internet that now there is an "old formation" RAM with one memory density and a "new" one with a much higher density. So, old and simple chipsets, it seems, do not "understand" high-density memory. That is, theoretically, if you do not have a fancy motherboard, it is better to buy RAM strictly from the compatibility list. You can write off inoperability for inappropriate density, or simply for incompatibility :) Changed to KINGSTON HyperX FURY Blue HX316C10F / 8…

Pros
  • Compact (low profile), inexpensive, brand, packaging.
Cons
  • It didn’t start on the GA-H81M-S1 motherboard and on the GA-B85M-D3V-A too, with an i5 4690 processor. The computer refused to turn on at all.

The quality is worse than I have ever seen, a complete disappointment

either the computer didn’t turn on with it, then it turned on, but it didn’t reach the boot from the hard disk, then when Windows loaded, there was a blue screen, even from a flash drive and DVD, not a single LiveCd with any version of Windows (from XP to 10 of any bit depth), nor with Linux. After launching Memtesta, the percentage of test completion stopped and did not go any further. in the furnace of this company, in vain tried to save

Pros
  • volume and price
Cons
  • no quality

Nice price, good quality.

In general, this is a specific ambush from the manufacturer, for which I lower the rating. Normal manufacturers don't do that. Usually, if there is a need to change something in the specification, they assign a new part number, add a number / letter / something else to it - and issue a newsletter about it. Pros: Good value for money. Now I have 2 modules of 8 gigabytes in my computer - 32 gigabytes of RAM, the motherboard simply does not support more. Some cons: There is exactly one drawback…

Best thing for the money, glad I did it.

I have been using this memory for a long time, this is the second exactly the same die. I decided to increase my memory capacity, now I have 16 gigabytes, the PC just flies!

Pros
  • Simple good memory, and most importantly not expensive
Cons
  • Not found

Kingston 99U5471-050. A00LF, Serial Number 900F8143h (1132531600), DIMM DDR3-1600 SDRAM. I only thought about the "add-on" when it became necessary to simultaneously launch several professional programs and three browsers at the same time. And even then, it seems to be slower than a WD hard drive =) Pros below: For its size in 8Gb, it works clearly, for many years and without failures. With its cons. In the internet they write that with the standard it only holds 9cl instead of 11cl. According…

4 pieces of Kingston KVR16N11 / 8 (32 GB) were purchased. The Gigabyte LGA1155 GA-Z77MX-D3H board completely refused to start with these modules. In the service center, after a thorough check and demonstration of the excellent SEPARATE operation of both the board and the memory, they concluded that they are incompatible. I replaced the board with ASUS LGA1155 P8Z77-M PRO. The problem with starting the computer is gone. The Gigabyte GA-Z77MX-D3H board works without problems in another computer…

Pros
  • Excess volume. Cheap. Famous brand. Although the overclocking potential is small in frequency, it calmly allowed me to lower the timings to 9-9-9-24 (at 1600 MHz).
Cons
  • It turned out to be incompatible with the Gigabyte LGA1155 GA-Z77MX-D3H motherboard, even with the latest BIOS firmware. Works on boards from other manufacturers without problems.

I am amazed! It was definitely worth the money!

I chose according to the criterion "price / volume". I wanted to buy 2x4 GB because of their possible work in dual mode. I must say right away that in dual mode, the speed of copying (copy) files inside the RAM mainly increases (for example, in single mode it was 7000 mb / s, in dual it became ~ 10000 mb / s), and the speed of read and write increases by only 200-300 mb. Therefore, I decided to take it for 8 GB, then I might buy another one for 8 or there will already be DDR4, we'll see. The…

Pros
  • Allows you to lower the timings to 9-9-9-24-40-2T at a frequency of 1600 and a voltage of 1.5v. It works with old kingston 2x2gb sticks (standard 1333 1.65v) at 1600. In theory, it has the potential to overclock above 1600, because the voltage is 1.5v, but I did not check it. Low profile, will fit where there are huge heatsinks on the processor.
Cons
  • Maybe they are, but I didn't notice them. Depends on your needs. Perhaps only the price, 4 months ago the prices for RAM were lower by 30-50%, and now they are growing and it is not clear when they will go down.
