Arrived on time and in good condition. In several videos on You Tube, a man crushed a house. I would not recommend that. It's easy to soak the end in hot water (120 degrees for my kettle) for a minute or two and the old end comes right off. Place it in the bucket of hot water for another minute or two to make it pliable and insert the hose into the new connector with a slight bend at the end. Without pressing. So quick and easy. The part was just right for Kirby Gen 3.
