I really like this iron. I've used it about 4 times since I received it in July. Today it just stopped heating up. The iron is on and the light shows it's working but not heating up. I have contacted the seller and will keep you updated. Otherwise I think it's a waste of money.

This product is great! The heat works well and also does a great job of protecting it from damage. A plus is the automatic shutdown.

I have curly natural hair and this iron is better than my 3600 Baby Bliss iron. It makes my hair super smooth with no heat damage. Also helps with curly hair. When I use this straightener, I only have to iron my hair once every two weeks. I am completely satisfied.

I used the straightener at maximum power and when I washed it frizzed again. I also used it on my daughter's hair at a lower level - it's prone to heat damage - and after washing it frizzed again. This iron flattens better than my Chi.

I already had this straightening iron. I only had to replace it after my original got damaged. I like the results very much! I don't need too much heat to get straight hair.
