love it i use it every day

i didn't realize this unit needed a 86x86mm box to install now that i have the box i can finish the installation would have one can use larger connector The wires don't touch, but it works great.

Looks good but needs a backlight

I want to like it but it requires cutting a custom sized hole and the power button doesn't light up to see it. It's also a bit confusing which button works due to different modes or whatever for dinner.

Delivered quickly, not connected yet One thing caught my eye, it doesn't really matter but it gave you sort of a color choice, well the block is black but the remote isn't. Deal but why do they offer color on one and not the other? I wanted black! God! No, but the device itself looks good, very glad I haven't hooked it up yet. still building! Good price, fast delivery, the remote control is not black! Comes with a tool to open the device.

Can't recommend for interior lighting

Pro: Works as is, remote works fine and both look good. Bad: 1. with minimally dimmed light, the light is only 20% less.2. Dimming is delicate, so you need to pay attention to it and adjust it carefully.3. The power button is small and difficult to press. It takes several attempts to get to the center and turn on the light.4. It doesn't glow so you can't see it in the dark so good luck hitting the power mark right in the middle. It seems to work but not for me.

I bought it I thought it would look cool in my van. However, I did notice that there was a loose connection inside the bulbs that was causing the flickering. I checked all the connections again but it seemed something was wrong with the circuit board inside. I was out of the return window - so I couldn't go back. Used to light the puck in Airstream

I have used similar dimmers from this company. They are very modern compared to other dimmer switches available for 12v vans. the glass is really beautiful. high-quality! With other purchases I had an issue with the front glass sticking to the device. The company quickly sent a replacement unit. for this device here. It works. The front touch panel glass fell off on the first day.

Two problems: 1) On the first day, after 2 hours driving, the front touch glass control panel fell off the plastic rim. The glass is attached with double-sided tape. I filled it with a thin layer of epoxy, I hope it holds up. 2) Mounting: If you cut out the required square piece for the switch, the mounting holes will be in the center of the switch body, which means the screws need to go into the piece you just cut out.
