I originally bought this to fill Cold Brew bags but found myself using it to fill my storage jars with rice/beans/oats. It is specially made for wide mouth glasses to keep the funnel securely in place. It takes up little kitchen drawer space and is easy to clean.

I used to give 5 stars here, but after only 2 months of regular use the silicone started to tear at the creases (see photo). This is very disappointing as this is a great product. I received a replacement hoping the initial defect was an accident, but the replacement is already showing some stress at the seams.

I used this funnel to pour freeze dried food from the freezer into a wide mouth mason jar. It worked much better than round funnels because it was wider. It folds as advertised for storage and even the folds are thick rubber so it should hold up well. I was wary of stains as the food contained turmeric, but it cleaned up completely in the dishwasher without leaving any stains. I am very happy that I bought this item.

Problem solved easily and inexpensively: I like to make my own iced tea and I make a large batch at a time. But when trying to use most funnels to pour into pitchers from a large pot, the funnels were too small to fit over the pitcher's lid. And pouring directly into the pitcher was inconvenient and messy. So it became a job for two people. Now I just slide it over the pitcher and it's wide enough to stay stable. I actually dip a smaller funnel in to make the tea flow slower. I'm sure I'll find

I was looking for a funnel to use when trying to put veg into mini vacuum bags. So far I've used a plastic cup from which I cut out the bottom! It worked but it melted when I put it in the dishwasher. It was not good! When I found this funnel I was very pleasantly surprised. I can use it for different size items. I saw this funnel while looking for lids for glass jars that I use when cooking soup in bulk. It's much easier than pouring soup into glasses with a ladle. I like that the silicone funnel folds up for easy storage. The funnel has small vertical lines to attach it to the jars to keep the funnel from moving when you try to fill the jar. Brewing America Can Funnel is Great! This funnel arrived undamaged in transit. There was very little packaging to dispose of. There was no strong chemical smell. Ease of use is pretty good. I can grab the bottom while holding the top to roll out the funnel. When closing the funnel, I simply squeeze both sides together. It hardly takes up any space in my kitchen drawer. Silicone is not too thin and not too thick. It can be used with liquid, dry and other items that fit through a 2" wide opening.
