This knife is good quality. I had bought another like this before and I needed a second for another person in my kitchen to chop. It is very comparable to the other, including blade size, handle size, and price. I primarily chop vegetables for cooking. Mushrooms, onions, peppers, brussel sprouts and tofu and such. This is already one of my favorite knives for weekly veggie/fruit prep for the kids lunches. I especially enjoy the curved tip of the knife vs a point. I feel like I have better control in chopping actions for carrots and celery. Definitely a good value for the price.

Very nice quality knife that is very sharp, well-made and attractive, a chef's delight. A great all-purpose knife but works very well with chopping fruits and vegetables. This is a suggested hand wash only knife so it shouldn't be put in the dishwasher. Should last a lifetime.

I have an old set of JA Henkels twin pro's that are losing their edge. I replaced two of them with Kitory. Wow, what a difference. The edge these Kitory knives have is amazing, much sharper then the Henkels were out of the box day 1. Ive only had for a week so far, so I will revise if my opinion changes.
