This product is exactly as advertised. It keeps hot drinks hot, cold drinks cold, it doesn't leak. There is only one reason it got 4 stars instead of 5.1. "Strength" is more complicated than necessary. If you don't assemble the cap properly (up to how many clicks the nut engages (5-7 recommended)) it will leak ridiculously.
