This is not good. I have several of these cantinas. I went for a newer one with a version 2 case because it claims to be airtight. It is not. He cries when he is closed. The only way to protect against leakage is with a hard cap. Consider Contigo for leak protection. I have 4 contigo and they don't leak. ---- UPDATE ---- No more leaks. It is important to ensure that the cover is mounted correctly and is firmly seated. I'm not sure if he needs time to "break in". After not using it for a month, I tried again. That's when I found that it could be tightened a little more and the parts started to work better together. Too bad it's a picky cover. Since it doesn't leak and insulates very well, I give it another star.
