Kleenex Reveal Countertop System Dispenser (51904) - Soft Grey - Compatible with Kleenex Reveal & Premiere Towels Review

I have a very small bathroom and it takes up a lot of space on the sink or toilet. Instead, I moved it to my kitchen. You press down on the top to close it and a small tab goes in the opening to keep it closed, but it's too flimsy to come loose when I give the towel a quick tug. I wish they had something like a hook or something to latch it, instead I have to push the top further down.

I bought this towel rail for the downstairs bathroom as guests can use this room and use paper towels and I found the dispenser to be elegant and good looking, ,,, ,, well it is, but it's HUGE and takes up the entire top of the toilet lid so you can't have tissues there. We like to use paper towels instead of cloth towels especially with young grandkids so we are used to this but be careful they are too big and really not needed for the size of the towel. PLEASE CHANGE THE DESIGN

Bought this to distribute Kleenex towels which are designed for the bathroom towel rail and sold in the supermarket. Many reviews say it works well for this purpose. I do not agree. It actually doesn't work as well as the cardboard dispenser that towels are sold in. Can't get it to give out only one towel at a time which is inconvenient. It's also quite heavy and bulky. And of course, you can't use it in a towel rack, which is true carton packaging genius. However, this product may work well…

I had one of these fancy dispensers for the first 6 months, it was reliable. It was also easy to use. When the dispenser was empty, I simply opened the top and pushed a stack of appropriate Kleenex brand paper towels in until it clicked into place. When I closed the lid, the towels went up automatically and everything was fine. But half a year later, the lifting mechanism failed too early for such a promising and expensive device.
