I'm a field engineer for aerospace equipment and I go to data centers a lot. I have tried different backpacks and this is the best I have ever used. I don't like tons of bags as when there are many they are usually too small to be functional. It has just the right amount and the open space below is large. Fully loaded my bag weighs about 40 pounds and is very comfortable, the zippers are excellent quality and it's pretty good for the weather. Definitely recommend!

Holds so much and is very durable Very well made and very comfortable on the back using both straps. Using only one strap makes the bag unbalanced and not as comfortable. The opening is amazing with many open options. Just open a little and you can access all the tools. Fully open lays them out, makes them more accessible, but sometimes it's not really necessary. I LOVE this bag. LOVE. If this bag ever fails, and I think it will very soon, I will buy it again.

This bag was used on commercial electrical work for approximately six months. It has plenty of center space but can use more pockets for standard hand tools. I like the shoulder straps and the carry handle. Over time, the look lost firmness and the bag began to slip and become chunky. The bottom of the bag is more durable than it looks but still wears out sooner than I would like. It needs a molded plastic bottom to protect against bumps. I use this for all household HVAC. I would give 4.5 stars if I could. I can fit two drill bits, two drill bit cases, a hammer, a multimeter, 8 small hand tools, a headlamp, gloves, a pipe cutter, and a wire nut organizer in this thing, not to mention what's outside. I use this bag every day as a cable technician and I have to say it's the best bag I've ever used. I've tried backpacks and shoulder bags and this bag does everything I need and more. I can fit all my phone and coax tools (fiber techs will love this bag too) with enough room. The drill holder, tape and side pocket are all very handy and we assemble them.
