1 - the first and saddest thing is software, with both the application and the firmware of the headphones. The application can be tolerated, yes it slows down even on the latest iPhone and the design resembles the early 2022s, but it works, and it is absolutely optional to use it after the initial setup. But the headphone firmware is something, any press on the headphone key can cause the headphones to “freeze”. That is, the headphones stop responding to pressing, and within a minute after that they simply go into reboot. And such "glitches" when used during the working day, I happen 5 times or more. By the end of the day, I want to take them off and throw them out the window.
In addition, from time to time one earpiece (usually the right one) can simply stop turning on and responding to something, this can only be solved by some kind of hard reset - holding the headphone button for 20 seconds, this happens somewhere once a day.
2 - the design of the headphones, in general, this is of course a matter of taste, but I have no friends who would like the constant red-blue blinking of the LEDs (hello 2022s). The metal coating of the headphones is also absurd - it scratches super easily while adding absolutely no “premium” to the design. It is clear that the manufacturer uses this metal plate as an antenna, but it would be much more convenient for the user if this vulnerable part was inside the case. Well, the final touch - large round holes of microphones, located on the waveguides, corny scratch the ear with any inaccurate movement at the time of landing the headphones. The holes are large with sharp 90-degree edges, why not make the edges smooth?
