Soft and supportive for plantar fasciitis, may be a little wide

I bought these to help with plantar fasciitis on both feet. That's the only thing I can walk around the house in, except in athletic shoes with orthopedic insoles. They have significant cushioning, more than any sandal I've worn before. I wish they weren't so wide; I have a long foot, but it's also medium wide or maybe even a bit narrow. I've also noticed that when I walk, my big toes hang forward and my heel isn't far enough back where it should be, but I also think it's because they're too…

Pros
  • Hand or machine wash cold. A NOTICE. To avoid shrinking, keep it at normal temperature, avoid high temperature and direct sunlight or heat. Unisex models are based on men's lasts and can be slightly flared on women's feet.
Cons
  • Only available in white

Midfoot strap too large

I like the shoes except for one IMPORTANT feature - the strap of the shoe that you put your foot in is so BIG that there is nothing to hold your foot on. It's easy for your feet to slip too far forward in your shoes, or partially or completely slip out of your shoes when you take a step! I'm so pissed because otherwise the length is perfect and the shoe pads are so comfortable! Bow support is great! They would be perfect for thick-footed Fred Flintstone! Or if someone wore very, very thick…

Pros
  • Biomechanically engineered for movement. The patented insole provides arch support and reduces stress on sore feet, ankles, knees and lower back. The KOCOTA unisex sports sandals are recommended for joint pain, bunion pain and plantar fasciitis thanks to their mid-arch support and orthopedic functionality. Also great for Morton's Neuroma, Flat Feet, Heel Spurs and more.
Cons
  • I won't say anything

A great replacement for my Oofos

I have regularly replaced my Ooofos within a year of purchase due to broken straps. These sandals are extremely comfortable but expensive and their durability was an issue for me. As a cheaper alternative, I went for these Kocota sandals. I find them almost as comfortable but about half the price of my Oofos. They look pretty solid in design and material. I'm not sure but I expect more durability from them. They are definitely worth the money and very comfortable.

Pros
  • KOCOTA recovery flip flops are made from a soft material and EVA (Ethyl Vinyl Acetate) that provides exceptional cushioning, rebound and resilience.
Cons
  • Zero

US-9 women remained in limbo, but I recommend 10-11 and don't downsize

Love these, great arch support, lightweight and easy to care for. I wear them as slippers. I'm a true US size 9 and all the reviews said it was a size smaller so I chose a women's size 7-8 and it was too tight for comfort as my heels were dangling off my back. I sent them back and bought women's size. 10-11 (there is no US 9 equivalent) and unfortunately they are a bit large. I will keep them for comfort though, although they are a bit big. As there is no equivalent for US 9 I can say that…

Pros
  • The elasticity of the material ensures a snug fit for a variety of foot shapes. Eliminate pressure points and soften every step. The shock absorbing properties of the slip on arch support sandals help feet and joints recover from tiring sports and workouts.
Cons
  • Weak Set

Very soft for excellent pain relief. Best for wide feet.

I usually wear a size 9 wide and have a high arch. I suffered from plantar fasciitis for several years and my heel always hurt in the middle of the day, even when I was wearing expensive new sneakers with insoles on the soles. I felt pain every time my heel touched the ground. I have bought many products for pain relief - THIS IS IT! Better than sneakers, soles, night tires, compression stockings. When I wear them, I have no pain when walking. As soon as I take them off the pain can be…

  • Looks good
