Only if you like vintage style

Appears visually faded and colors are distorted in most cases. But if you're after that aesthetic, get these cheap film stocks.

Pros
  • High sharpness and high resolution.
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled

Cons
  • The packaging is ugly

Great Colors - Affordable

Too good to be true considering the price. Don't be put off by 200 ISO. This is sufficient for most shots, especially if you have a fast lens like f/1.8.

Pros
  • 35mm, ISO 200
Cons
  • Upgrades

Affordable Film, Incredible Results

I got some Colorplus rolls (another cheap Kodak C41 film) and was very impressed. I saw this price and thought I should try the Kodak Gold 200 and I'm glad I did. It goes perfectly with the color palette I love and delivers a strong image full of rich color and detail. As a regular Ektar shooter, I can appreciate the price (40% of Ektar) and the results.

Pros
  • Excellent consistency and workability.
Cons
  • Overall ok but...
