Excellent for cutting aluminum

This attachment was featured in a popular YouTube video demonstrating high speed aluminum cutting on the X-Carve CNC machine. Capable of increasing depth by more than 0.01" per pass. It's in very good condition and I'm surprised it hasn't broken yet.

Works great on X-Carve!

Media could not be loaded. Wow! I love this end mill! Works great on my X Carve! Here are my speeds and feeds I used. I can't wait to cut more! I also posted a video here. Thanks Kodiak

As they say, great for aluminum.

This cutter works very well. I use it on a Chinese 3040 CNC router with a 400w spindle. With adaptive clearance, I got good results at 400mm/min in 0.5mm increments and a depth of cut of 3.125mm. A small amount of cutting fluid helps a lot and extends the life of the drill.
