📏 Stainless Self-Locking Measure - Komelon SLSS125 Review

This is my 6th time buying this product because for the price it's the best tape a tiler could ask for. I regularly cover this tape with mortar and water. It will not rust, although the numbers will wear out over time. Therefore, as a professional, I give it 4 stars for solid design, low price, no rust for about 4-6 months. How long do you think the tapes will last? I've tried at least 10 other brands in my career and can say I don't mind buying 3 of them a year. 👍

I bought this to use in the courses I was taking and was impressed at first, very durable feel, rubberized look. Used for the first time yesterday and very disappointed. I had the tape maybe 6ft and when I pulled it in it bent and crumpled so now it doesn't lay flat affecting its usability. I managed to get some of the wrinkles out but it will never be the same again. Not worth the money, I will buy cheaper ones that last longer than one use and are much easier to replace in the pocket.

I do pool maintenance and repairs. I bought this tape because it was advertised as being moisture resistant and non-corrosive thanks to the stainless steel components. I accidentally dropped this cassette into an old swimming pool half filled with stagnant green water, leaves and small branches.
