The headrest can be raised! GREAT CHAIR!

The headrest was initially too short but can be reversed by loosening the screw holding the turntable. Now he's tall enough for me (I'm 5ft 9in). The chair was very easy to assemble and I did it all myself in about 20 minutes. It's super comfortable!

Not durable cheaply made

I'm over 6ft tall and under 200lbs so with the listed weight requirements I've had the chair for 4 days and the mesh on the chair is already at the point where it sags. I decided to take it apart to see how I could fix it, but found that a few times the mech failed to hold on to the base and it was only a matter of time before it fell off completely. I'm about to return it. I will not buy a chair from this company again.

The chair is ok, but not for tall people?

I assembled the chair in about 15 minutes with minimal help. I will note that the box is heavy and large enough for two people to work with. The chair makes a high-quality impression. I have a problem with the headrest. I'm 6ft 1in and the headrest hits me right in the back of my neck! I assume my torso is too long for a chair? Good quality, nice solid mechanism that adapts perfectly to the seat and back and is very cool.

I needed another office chair and found one with good performance and full airflow to the seat and back. There are very few parts out of the box and it took less than 15 minutes to fully assemble. First seat broke within 2 weeks, second sagged for days

If you're like me, you probably came here because of the rave Gamers Nexus review earlier this year. I can only assume that the quality has dropped drastically since then. The first chair I got felt pretty good when I first tried it. Very comfortable even if you sit all day. Seat broke in less than 2 months

***Update 6/2/2021: The company contacted me after I posted this review to send a new seat. This process went smoothly. I've upgraded this to 3 stars as the chair is reusable. I would like to give it 2-3 months before refining it further as the original seat has not failed for a few months. This chair did not live up to expectations at over $300

Hello, I bought this chair based on the great review from Gamer's Nexus. I'm pretty sure Komene downgraded this chair model after receiving a good review from a popular influencer. This chair is 5/10 comfortable at first, but then it becomes very painful for your back and neck. I haven't had this problem with dxracer chairs.
