I've found that the grip doesn't adhere very well to the controller's slick plastic, and if you have a custom controller that adds texture to the controller, forget it. These are by far my favorite joysticks and I've tried many of them. The only criticism is that the adhesive could have been stronger and the price is high for what they are. A little disappointed with this. It feels like the controller is wrapped in a diaper. You also have to be very careful with your placement or you'll play to hell setting trigger locks. Not sure if this is a 'good fit' for the Elite II controller, it might be a better fit for standard controllers due to material differences.
