I don't check my water regularly but the turtle tank definitely seems a lot cleaner since we add it every time we add water.

It barely fits on my 5 inch Chinese gold thread. However, it works better than anything else on the market. To be honest I have a 400 gallon filter, my turtle is in a 75 gallon housing.

This stuff really works - I've noticed a significant difference in our water quality after using this product. It definitely makes a difference to our very messy little turtle. We use it regularly and have noticed cleaner water and less odor.

Works very well with the "stink" and "nuisance" from the water in the turtle tank. I use it with something to prevent algae growth. The combo works great. You still have to change the water weekly because while the turtles are fun to watch, they are pretty gross.
