Joints snapped, horse in danger

Based on my observations, this snaffle is poorly made and not safe for my horse to use. The joints snapped within a few uses, putting my horse in danger..

Pros
  • None.
Cons
  • Dangerous, poor quality.

"Excellent Hunter Bit for Sports and Outdoors

The Korsteel stainless jointed hunter snaffle is a high-quality bit that is perfect for any horseback riders outdoor adventures... Its design is both sturdy and gentle enough for even the most sensitive of horses. The bit is made of durable stainless steel and has excellent joint action, allowing for easy communication between horse and rider. However, it may not WORK for horses with particularly fussy mouths. Overall, it's a great addition to any hunter's tool kit for sports and outdoors…

Pros
  • Flexible jointed bit provides a gentle and comfortable feel for the horse.
Cons
  • Might pinch the horse's tongue or cheeks if not fitted correctly.

Great for other sports

I'm the wrong size but it worked as I ride a lot of horses and 5 1/2 is very good for warmbloods and can work on smaller horses too. However, I will also buy 5 inches. Horses love tongue relief, so all horses like it, but it's really important for horses who can't find "the right bit" for single joints they don't normally like, and three parts. not much better Helps teach people to keep their hands still as the horse is happy with the bridle.

Pros
  • Equestrian
Cons
  • Not Automatic
