Excellent Customer Service, Very Helpful and Knowledgeable

The team was very helpful in our transition from an existing vendor into their product line-up of services for cloud storage solutions as well cybersecurity offerings (including incident response). They were able provide us with excellent customer service throughout all phases including during implementation/go live which we could not find elsewhere! I would highly recommend them!! Cyber Security Services Firm: Kroll

The best part about working with them was their team of experts who were readily available for us throughout our engagement period - they even offered additional services once we had already started work! They are very responsive (in terms what's happening in real time) as well knowledgeable when it comes cybersecurity issues or risks facing businesses today/tomorrows world etc., I would highly recommend this firm if looking out from business continuity perspective because there will be nothing

Great Customer Service, Professional Staff

The support team was very helpful in answering any questions I had about our account status or how we could improve it! They were always willing/able answer my emails with replies within 24 hours!! Never did not experience anything negative while working for them as an Account Manager- just great people who are extremely knowledgeable of their products & services they provide. Cyber defense partner & consultant extraordinaire

I liked best about Kroll is how they are quick and efficient when addressing our IT issues. They have proven to be good partners from day 1. The biggest thing I disliked about Kroll is their billing cycle time. It took them over 60 days after completing an engagement to finalize my invoice, which was not helpful when we were looking for a new provider.
