All the bright impression on the first day of purchase crossed out the second day without successful attempts to make a cappuccino. Got pros: Comfortably fell asleep, twisted the knob, got either espresso or americano Different cons: The cappuccinatore breaks down right away, on the second day you just drink coffee with milk, not washing all the parts 5 times, not the fat content of milk, it doesn’t save the coffee machine for 48 pieces, this is also taking into account the discount, from the…

A good product, I advise you to try it.

Therefore, I am quite pleased with the machine, or more accurately, the coffee that it produces. Despite my dissatisfaction with the aforementioned issues, I believe that attention will be paid to this in the not-too-distant future.

Pros
  • Exactly what did you find to be satisfying? Coffee quality: robust, saturating, authentic. This superior beverage quality is a direct result of the brewing unit and its proprietary system (before, there were Saeco, but their brewing unit was different and inferior to this one).
Cons
  • Reliability. The machine, on the one hand, functioned for a whole five years. It broke twice during that time, both times because the gaskets had "run out" and needed to be replaced. It's conceivable to view this as a negative because of the service's difficulties; getting a master to come to your house would be expensive, what with the cost of the gaskets being $300 each. Even if the price is lower than five thousand, no master will enter the circle. So after the second failure, he switched it to the exact identical Krups. Hedgerows wept and stung, but this manufacturer came out on top in terms of value for money.
