terrible and incomprehensible connection between components

in general: I would spend your money elsewhere if you are looking for quality. The board performs poorly because it doesn't hold the components very well, and if you find a port that sticks it might not even let power through. However, this device is very cheap and the power adapter is a decent value. The jumpers on the power supply are also of poor quality, which can lead to uneven current flow in projects. Pros: cheap, comes with a few jumpers, PSU is decent, actually works for a while. Cons:

Mediocre bread box with decent cables and working power

Working hence 3 stars. However, the breadboard is not a quality part. Difficult to insert any component, even the included cables. The board itself appears to be in three pieces (the power rails are separate pieces from the motherboard) that are held together with some sort of protective tape. My 30 year old Archer breadboard is much better. I haven't used the power supply for very long, but it supplied 3.3V with no problem. I'll learn more as I start mixing Arduino 5V and 3.3V sensors (with…

You get what you pay for!

Great price and I received it the next day with Prime Shipping. The breadboard itself was very badly bent when I received it, which didn't bother me too much for its purpose. I opened everything up and to my surprise the USB port on the power supply is NOT an input, it is ONLY a 5V OUTPUT. I'm not deducting a star for that as I should have researched beforehand. As for the barrel jack, I had a 9VDC converter, but obviously it wasn't the + center pin. Again, I should have done more research but…
