This is my glue for all my paper work. I mainly use rollerball pens to create 3D letters and cake decorations. I wanted to use it to make my cutting mats tacky again and it worked like a charm! The only thing is this mess. It's leaking out too much and I have a feeling you're spending quite a bit. Only recommended for making your carpets tacky or for gluing large parts that require a lot of glue.

I bought this to re-glue my cutting mat and it does a great job. However, it splashes. After squeezing the tip a few times to fill it with glue, the glue will keep flowing out. In the picture inside the package you can see the tip is white, it turns blue when filled with glue and in other pictures you can see that the glue has spilled into the cap. I LOVE these glue sticks so much I keep a fine point, chisel and jumbo as staples in my stash. A little really goes a long way and the glue can be applied exactly where you want it. I was wondering what is meant by "double sided" and that it can be used as a temporary adhesive by waiting for it to dry before pressing it together; or permanently by compressing surfaces when wet. I have been using this for many years and this product is amazing! As soon as my carpet becomes tacky and dirty, I clean it and add glue stick. I wait a few minutes or hours (about 1-2 hours) and that's it, the sticks are like new! I noticed Michaels doesn't wear them anymore so that's where I get them. That's great! I've been trying to find something to help me re-tap the cricket mats. That helped! I made the blue a few weeks ago, used it immediately after it dried and it worked beautifully. Very similar to the original blue stickiness. I only applied a very thin layer - I didn't press at all to speed it up, I just let it flow out while holding it down.
