🔧 KYB 344202 Excel-G Gas Shock, Black/Silver Review

Shock absorbers are easy to fit and make the ride smoother. Shock absorbers installed about a month ago, no problems so far. This is for a 1992 Toyota 4WD pickup truck.

KYB is a big shock, they are always there and I have installed them on several cars over the years. The shock comes with everything you need to install it. As expected, they fit perfectly and the car drives great again.

Mounted on the front of the 92 4runner, perfect for the Standard Runner. I'm happy with them, they seem comparable to the original. Please note that the 3 washers provided go between the bushings, the 1 which is slightly different goes in the middle towards the bracket, if you are not careful you can mix them up. Overall easy installation and good price.

I went to buy other cheap ones in autozone but the same thing happened. Then I just bent the brackets to fit and they stood up. I kept them and they are doing great so far. I haven't had any problems yet and I have a feeling I probably won't either.

After a month of flu I finally had enough energy and warm weather to replace my shock absorbers but I found that the front shock absorbers did NOT fit my car. Even if I got my car from --'my garage'--. 1991 DLX Toyota 2WD V6 extended cab model. The rear shocks didn't come through without problems or missing parts. And the return window is closed and I don't have $50. And the right shocks, KYB 343209 Excel-G Gas Shock, are $70 a pair. So I don't know who's to blame, KYB or the Revain techs, but…
