Description of KYB 349230 Gas Shock

KYB recommended OEM replacement shock for SUVs and Crossovers. Specifically calibrated to help restore the original handling and control characteristics of the Jeep Commander. Uses a seamless working cylinder matched with a Teflon coated piston band for a positive seal and longer life. Triple chrome plated piston rod and multi-lip oil seals that reduce wear. Solid seamless mounting eye rings and bolt bushings to eliminate rattles.

Impressive Performance

This gas shock is an impressive upgrade for any vehicle's suspension system. Based on our own experience, it greatly improves handling and stability, particularly on rough terrains .The installation process is straightforward and the adjustable design allows for customized control and comfort. However, the price point may be a bit steep for some budget-conscious shoppers..

Terrible Performance of Gas Shock

Using this product our team found that it failed to provide the required level of support and stability to the Automotive.The biggest disappointment of the product was that it wears out quickly. The con of this product outweighs its sole PRO of easy installation..

Cheap shock absorbers. Do not buy

This shock absorber kit was purchased 1 year 5 months ago. The shock absorbers wore out completely within a few months. I drove the car they were installed in just last week and was "shocked" when I felt the car bounce when it hit small bumps in the road. I am very disappointed to say the least. Also, forget the warranty, it's not worth the paper it's written on. I will no longer buy auto parts from Revain, I will go straight to O'Reillys.
