I bought this phone for my father to replace his old one. The phone was sold to me as new but was very defective. Doesn't hold a charge right out of the box. Seems to be a reliable phone as that's what he needs for his job. But he can't use it because the battery runs out quickly.

I signed a two year contract with AT&T and they sent me this phone. But I couldn't figure out why I broke the screen in my bag. It only lasted 2 weeks. AT&T will not replace it for me.
