I sleep much better now.

The stuff really works. I took it because the nightmares would wake me up at night and I couldn't go back to sleep. This supplement stopped nightmares and midnight anxiety attacks. I sleep much better now.

This product is labeled as each capsule containing 250 mg.

This product is labeled as each capsule containing 250mg of L-Theanine, but I felt almost nothing when I took one capsule. When I take 2 capsules of Jarrow's L-Theanine 100mg I feel a distinct sense of relaxation. So I'm going back to Jarrow.

Suitable for everyday use

Relaxing for various anxieties without the calming effects of anti-anxiety drugs. Helps to concentrate calmly. Our daughter uses for anxiety, our son uses before an attention test. Both really feel it helps. They both took different brands and you really need to find the brand that works best for you. I love this brand for daytime rest.
