Do not buy if you are concerned about your privacy.

Bought as a Christmas present. Then I decided to keep it to myself. But when I downloaded the app and read the terms of service and privacy policy, I was concerned about what kind of worms I might open if I gave the Chinese government access to my personal information. I deleted the app before creating an account and it will go to the thrift store. Maybe someone else won't mind opening that door, I won't do it consciously. Do not buy if you are concerned about your privacy.

Nice and compact in office electronics

This product seems to be of good quality and meets my needs perfectly. These are pre-made templates that are fine for my use but may be small for some. They have design templates and graphics to add to your label - neat idea. You can customize the text as you like within the scope of the label template. The device itself doesn't have a keyboard, instead you download an app and type/in a shortcut from your phone. The battery is rechargeable! As long as I like it

I have to say I was very disappointed when I first started using this item. But some of them might just be having a bad day. Also, I multitasked throughout the process. I decided to finish dinner and do it when I can concentrate. Installation was easy once I saw that I could find the app in the store. Set up was easy, I assumed the contact was 4 0 and it worked.
